| Launchpad administrator | Can pause new Meme creation. This does not pause existing public Meme pools or unlock their principal. |
| Commodity administrator & price writer | Can manage commodity availability and update authorized prices. Commodity routes depend on these contracts and their feed. |
The current outage policy keeps the last accepted reference instead of intentionally pausing a coin for a delayed source. Administrative controls still exist in the deployed commodity contracts. Meme pools themselves do not consult an oracle on each swap, but OMME’s BNB conversion routes and reward valuation depend on the commodity infrastructure.
